Shipping & Returns


We use UPS, Fedex and USPS for our shipping and ship to virtually any address in 50 states. (Alaska & Hawaii require $20 charge)

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and or physical size of package.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Sale items or Clearance items are not returnable. The footwear must be returned in new condition, with hang tags still intact, and repackaged in the shipping box. Items worn outside cannot be accepted for return.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The manufacturer's tags, packing and box must arrive here as new. Please do not apply stickers, tape or labels directly on the manufacturer's packaging.

You should expect to receive your exchange or refund promptly after it arrives back here in as new condition.
